By booking any service with Tripime Trips, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
Prices are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Full payment must be made before the travel date as per the payment schedule shared at the time of booking.
Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airfares, hotel rates, currency exchange rates, taxes, or government regulations.
Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, or other mandatory charges imposed by airlines, hotels, or authorities will be borne by the client.
Quoted prices are per person unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
Cancellation charges will apply as per airline, hotel, or supplier policies.
Tripime Trips charges a service fee on cancellations.
Refund timelines vary by airline/hotel/supplier and may take 7–45 working days.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Any amendments (date change, name correction, itinerary modification) are subject to availability and additional charges.
Airlines and hotels may impose their own change fees, which will be payable by the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required health certificates.
Tripime Trips is not liable for denied boarding, visa rejections, or entry refusals due to incomplete documentation.
Travelers must comply with the local laws and regulations of the destination country.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all trips.
Tripime Trips is not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or unforeseen circumstances during travel.
Tripime Trips shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, flight cancellations, or government restrictions.
Tripime Trips acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or deficiencies of third-party suppliers.
Any disputes related to services must be addressed directly with the respective supplier.
Special requests (early check-in, late check-out, meal preferences, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
All disputes arising from bookings with Tripime Trips shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in New Delhi, India.
